Understanding Nature’s Rhythms: Self-Care for Women

An introduction to the four phases of the menstrual cycle, how our energy changes in each phase and corresponding practices to restore balance and wellbeing.

Drawing on Yoga, Buddhism and Ayurveda, Moon Yoga events offer an insight into the different phases of a woman’s life – how by gaining an understanding of these phases we can enjoy the gifts of womanhood and bring greater harmony. Over the last 10 years, Lucinda has led workshops, given talks and run weekly classes for women. She has studied and practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years and is a Senior YAP Registered Yoga Teacher.
