Hormonal changes as ‘lighter fluid’ giving us a chance to open our hearts further, become more authentic and live our dream
Human nature and earth’s nature are one with Isabella Quigley Moriarty. We are both the stuff and spark of life. ‘The Change’ can both challenge and gift us. The waxing and waning female hormones affect our emotional learning centre, the amygdala, in our brain. Vascular changes affect our hearts. New forms for creative expression are borne. During her own menopausal years she made a film, wrote a book and was struck by lightning. The effect of the lightning provoked her to study for an MA in Rejuvenation and learn everything she could about ageing and effective self-care. She is a founding Director of Menopause Self Care. She sits on the steering committee of Inclusion Cornwall, representing social enterprise in Cornwall.
MSC encourages women to value and use the hormonal shifts of ‘the Change’ as a chance to further open their hearts to an expanded life that supports adventure, emotional and spiritual maturity, well-being and fulfilment. MSC offers unbiased, comprehensive unique learning intensives for women age 35 to 65. Over a thousand women have attended the day long courses in Cornwall.
